How to register and submit contributions

Special Sessions & Mini-Symposia

Special sessions (SS), on projects, clusters or networks, and mini-symposia (MS), with possible keynote lectures proposed by MS organizers, on research or/and industrial hot topics will be organized by international scientific committee members and experts in CBM research fields.

Abstract

Registration and submission of contributions will be through the conference Web site.

To be able to submit an abstract, you have to first register.Papers can only be accepted on the understanding that they will be presented at the Conference.

Registration does not oblige authors to pay the registration fee before the contribution is accepted.

The conference publication will consist of the Conference Book of Abstracts, which will be open access and stored in a public repository. Abstracts must be written in English and submitted online before the notified deadlines using the submission system via the “Register now” link.

Special issues of journals in the field will be considered for the publication of high-quality papers on work presented at the conference. Authors of abstracts judged to be the best by a panel of experts will be invited to submit a full paper version of their work.

The abstract must not exceed two pages (A4) including references. The first page must include the title, author(s), affiliation(s) and keywords. Contributions should be highlighted.

References should be listed at the end of the paper. They should be arranged in numerical order, ensuring that all material cited is generally available to the reader.

All delegate and student fees cover the printed program, electronic book of abstracts, attendance to all scientific sessions and exhibitions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail and the gala dinner.

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made before July 11, 2024 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between July 11, 2024 and August 11,  2024 will receive a full refund, less a € 120,- administration fee.
No refunds will be granted after August 11, 2024. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
